We went to EZ Orchards first thing in the morning and payed a visit to their shortcake stand. It was so darn yummy! They give you a huge shortcake biscuit cut in half, with a ton of yummy vanilla ice cream, a bunch of mixed berries, and whipped cream on top. That's my kind of breakfast! I will definitely pay a visit to EZ Orchards next time I visit Oregon.
